These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your download, installation, and use of the SILOE TV mobile application ("App"), provided by SILOE TV MONDE ("we", "us", or "our"). By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
The SILOE TV App allows you to stream live and on-demand Christian television and video content from SILOE TV MONDE. The App may also provide links to our official YouTube channel and related ministry content.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on a device you own or control, subject to these Terms and the applicable app store rules (Google Play, Apple App Store, etc.).

All video streams, audio, graphics, logos, and other materials available through the App are owned by or licensed to SILOE TV MONDE and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
Viewing the content does not transfer any ownership rights to you. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution of our content is prohibited.
Live and on-demand content depends on network connectivity and server availability. We do not guarantee uninterrupted streaming, specific video quality, or permanent availability of any particular programme.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App or its content at any time without prior notice.
You agree to use the App respectfully and in accordance with Christian community standards. You must not use the App to harass others, post offensive material through any integrated features, or attempt to disrupt our services.
If you downloaded the App from Google Play or the Apple App Store, your use is also subject to that store's terms of service. In case of conflict between store terms and these Terms regarding billing or store-specific matters, the store terms prevail.
Your use of the App is also governed by our SILOE TV App Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use information.
The App and all content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, secure, or available at all times.
To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, SILOE TV MONDE shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the App, including data charges, device issues, or inability to access streams.
We may release updates to improve the App. Some updates may be required to continue using the App. We may also update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
