These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your download, installation, and use of the SILOE Radio mobile application ("App"), provided by SILOE TV MONDE ("we", "us", or "our"). By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
The SILOE Radio App provides access to live Christian radio streaming from SILOE Radio, including audio playback, volume control, live/offline status indicators, and now-playing metadata where available.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial listening on a device you own or control.
You may not:
All audio streams, music, programmes, logos, and materials transmitted through the App are owned by or licensed to SILOE TV MONDE / SILOE Radio. Listening does not grant you any ownership or reproduction rights.
The App may continue audio playback in the background and display a persistent notification while playing. This requires the permissions granted at installation. You can stop playback at any time from the App or notification controls.
Streaming radio requires an internet connection. Mobile data charges may apply depending on your network provider and plan. We are not responsible for data costs incurred while using the App.
Live streams may be interrupted due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control. The App includes automatic reconnection attempts, but we do not guarantee continuous availability.
Before first use, the App may ask you to review and accept our Privacy Policy. Please read our SILOE Radio App Privacy Policy, which forms part of your agreement with us.
The App and streams are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific audio quality, or accuracy of now-playing metadata.
To the fullest extent permitted by South African law, SILOE TV MONDE shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, including loss of data, device malfunction, or inability to access the stream.
We may update the App and these Terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
You may stop using the App by uninstalling it. We may suspend access if you violate these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, including the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) where applicable.
